LUKSUSFÆLDEN OG MINUTE TO WIN IT er to af Banner Universal Motion Pictures' mest succesrige tv-formater.

MINUTE TO WIN IT with its original title and catchphrase "Minute Winner - You got one Minute To Win It" was created since 2003 by BUMP founder and IP creator Derek Banner as a one minute-challenge gameshow using households items. Derek pitched the format to Jock Millgårdh and Mattias Olsson of Friday TV on 11 November 2005, and both were Executive Producers of Minute To Win It which was aired by NBC from March 2010.

The trademark “Minute To Win It and catchphrase “You got one minute to win it”, including French trademark “Une Minute Pour Gagner” used in Canada, were created and are owned by Derek Banner and Banner Universal Motion Pictures, BUMP.

In 2007 Derek further submitted to Jock Millgårdh and Friday TV an additional fourteen page derivative spinoff version with the title READ YOUR FORTUNE which included following key features: A SCREEN MONITOR WITH TEXT CHALLENGES / BLUEPRINT: A TEXT CHALLENGE IS SHOWN ON A SCREEN MONITOR AND PARTICIPANTS MUST READ OUT LOUD THE TEXT CHALLENGE AND REMEMBER WHAT THEY HAVE READ AND SUCCESSFULLY ANSWER TO RELATED QUESTIONS TO WIN PRIZE MONEY FOR EACH CHALLENGE AND MOVE UP THE PRIZE LADDER TOWARDS WINNING ONE MILLION DOLLARS. The Clock is ticking. Viewers can practice challenges at home, school classrooms, etc. (ten challenges with increasing difficulty, prize ladder / the more difficult the challenge the higher the prize amount, a large screen monitor with a blueprint, try it at home sample challenges, etc). Jock Millgårdh and Mattias Olson further developed the format based on Derek's "Minute To Win It"  and "Read Your Fortune", made an animated promo, and pitched and sold the format to NBCUniversal in 2009. "Minute To Win It" was aired the first time by NBC in 2010 and has been adapted in more than 50 countries. BLUEPRINTS OF ONE MINUTE GAMES ARE SHWON AND READ OUT LOUD FROM A SCREEN MONITOR AND PARTICIPANTS MUST SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTE WHAT THEY SEE FROM THE BLUEPRINT TO WIN PRIZE MONEY FOR EACH CHALLENGE AND MOVE UP THE PRIZE LADDER TOWARDS WINNING ONE MILLION DOLLARS.

In 2011 Metronome and Friday TV's Swedish legal team recognised BUMP's rights and ownership of Minute To Win It and drafted contracts between Metronome, Friday TV, and BUMP. Another prior agreement was signed between Friday TV and BUMP in 2006 according to which Friday TV was to develop and sell to third parties worldwide BUMP's format "Celebrity Birthday".

Minute To Win It is distributed by Endemol Shine International (now Banijay Group) and NBCUniversal.

AGREEMENT DOCUMENTS - METRONOME - FRIDAY TV AB - BUMP

Shortly after BUMP contacted Friday TV's co-founders and inquired about Friday TV and NBC's exploitation of the "Minute Winner - you got one Minute To Win It" format, Metronome and Friday TV's Legal Counsel Eva-Lotta Almkvist drafted agreements between Friday TV and BUMP and acknowledged BUMP's rights and ownership of Minute To Win It. They downloaded files from BUMP's website with regard to "Minute Winner - Minute To Win It" and "Read Your Fortune" which they used as documentation and proof of evidence for the drafted agreements: One Rights purchase/acquisition agreement with Friday TV Ab and a Royalty / Profit Share Agreement with BUMP:

file:///w:// Metronome / Agreement / Agreement Documentation / BUMP / MINUTE WINNER - MINUTE TO WIN IT - You got one minute to win it!
file:///w:// Metronome / Agreement / Agreement Documentation / FRIDAY TV AB / MINUTE WINNER - You got one minute to win it!

Swedish lawyers of Metronome and Friday TV, Caroline von Heidenstam and Lena Franstedt Lofalk, who then were partners at Swedish law firm Nord Och Co Ab (now called Kanter Advokatbyrå), attempted to hide the drafted agreement files and instead advised Friday TV to start an abusive legal dispute to force BUMP to file a claim in the Swedish court so they would obtain a summary judgement in favour of Friday TV and  Friday TV, Metronome, and Endemol Shine would then afterwards declare no wrongdoing and avoid to pay BUMP royalties for their exploitation of BUMP's Minute To Win It format. They expressly advised Friday TV to commit fraud against BUMP, which is a serious violation and an abusive tactic. The three Friday TV founders, Jock Millgårdh, Matias Olssn, Estelle Bodén, and Metronome's Legal counsel Eva-Lotta Almkvist resigned immediately after from Metronome and Endemol Shine.

Endemol Shine Group's lawyer in London, Caroline Kean, confirmed the download of files from BUMP's website by Friday TV's Legal Counsel and Swedish lawyers in a letter to BUMP on 7 February 2019.
